Personal Data We Collect or Process
The Site captures some information about you automatically utilizing background local storage and session storage technologies (“Cookies”) in order to improve the user experience. American Deli also collect information that you provide to us voluntarily.  American Deli collects the information that you provide to us when you sign up to receive newsletters, advisories, announcements and invitations and when you contact us by email or otherwise. We use this information only to respond to your comments, requests or questions.  Providing this information is completely voluntary. Please do not submit to us any sensitive personal information. 

We do not knowingly collect information from users of our Site under the age of 18 and/or their internet usage, and such persons are not authorized to use the Site. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove that user’s personal information from our databases. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. How We Use the Data

California Do Not Track Disclosure: There is no uniform or consistent standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals; therefore, our Site is unable to respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

(2) Commercial information, including products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

American Deli is headquartered in the State of Georgia, and the Site is controlled and operated from the United States. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices, and any such amendments shall apply to information already collected and to be collected.
